How We Started
Humble Beginnings in the Hills of Boyle County
Southern Heating and Cooling started with humble beginnings in the hills of Boyle County. From their small farm in Junction City, Spencer and Mandy Borum, along with their two young daughters, launched into the HVAC business with a goal of providing great customer service to the Central Kentucky community, built on honesty and integrity at a fair price.
Spencer served as an 11 Bravo in the U.S. army, and those values sit at the centre of how the business is run.
