A real time, not a hopeful one
We will tell you when we can actually be there. The companies that say twenty minutes to every caller are the ones who turn up at nine at night.
Liberty is the furthest south we go. We will not tell you we are twenty minutes away, because nobody out here is. What we will do is give you a real time, and help you get to a point where you are not waiting on one.
Liberty is at the bottom of our footprint, in Casey County, and it is a genuine drive. Any company telling a Casey County homeowner they will be there in twenty minutes is either wrong or not coming from anywhere near here.

02
Work up here gets scheduled rather than squeezed in, which is usually better for you anyway, because it means the technician arrives with the right parts instead of a promise to come back.
03
Replacements, installations, and maintenance agreements are what we build. If you need us for a single small repair on a Tuesday afternoon, we will tell you honestly whether we are the right call.
The full range, same as anywhere else we work, just closer.
02
Air conditioning installation and replacement
Load calculation on your actual home, real options,

03

for businesses.
Everyone gets told maintenance is a good idea. In Liberty it is worth more than it is in Danville, and the reason is arithmetic rather than sales.
A failure in a town with three HVAC companies is an inconvenience. A failure thirty minutes from the nearest one, on the coldest night of the year, when everybody within fifty miles is calling at once, is a different situation. You cannot shorten the drive. You can make the call less likely.
A newer house is not a simpler job. It is a different one, and it rewards a company that has seen the same system fail on the same street.
Junction City sits in Boyle County, minutes from Danville, which is why we cover both easily.
Real Google reviews, unedited.
I have been dealing with an ongoing AC problem. Spencer came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it properly. My system is now running better than it has in a while. Very knowledgeable and friendly technician! Highly recommended!
Great service from someone that I trust, which is really satisfying in today's world. Very professional and knowledgeable. Pointed out a potential concern that had been missed by original installers as well as any bi-annual maintenance service. Fix was quick and saved a future potential major problem. Feel as if AC and heating now in good hands.
Of course, the hottest week of the year, our AC decided to bite the dust on day one. I am glad my husband got ahold of Spencer. He came out and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He jumped straight to work going above and beyond making sure it was fixed and clean, the unit was cleaned and running like a champ!
Including the two about distance, which we would rather answer here than dodge on the phone.
Yes. Liberty and Casey County are the southern edge of our service area, and we schedule work down here properly rather than fitting it in.
It is the longest run we make, and we will tell you the real number on the phone rather than a hopeful one.
Ask when you call and we will tell you before we book anything. Whatever it is, you hear it up front rather than on the invoice.
More than it would be closer in. The distance is fixed, so the useful thing you can change is how often something fails. Two visits a year is the cheapest way to do that.
Call and we will tell you honestly how long we need. You will get a real number, not a hopeful one.
Yes. Casey County is rural enough that the gas main does not reach everywhere, and we service propane systems the same as any other.
Yes. Outbuildings with their own systems are a normal part of rural work.
Call and tell us what the system is doing. If it needs fixing now, we will give you an honest time. If it needs looking after so it does not fail in January, we would rather do that.
One of these is a bad night. The other is a Tuesday in October.
