What We Do

HVAC Services Built On Straight Answers

Six services, one call. Whether your air conditioner quit in July or your furnace is making a sound it has never made before, we handle the whole system. Every visit starts with a straight answer about what is wrong and what it will cost, before any work begins.

Air Conditioning Repair

When Kentucky summer wins, we get it back.

Kentucky summers do not give your AC a break, and neither do we. We diagnose the actual cause of the failure rather than swapping the part that is easiest to reach, walk you through the fix in plain language, and get cool air moving again as fast as parts allow.

  • Full system diagnostic, indoor and outdoor units
  • Refrigerant pressure and electrical testing
  • A written price before any work starts
  • Repair completed the same visit when parts are on the truck

Heating Repair

A cold house is not something to sleep on.

When the heat goes out in a Central Kentucky January, waiting is not an option. Our technicians service furnaces, heat pumps, and full heating systems for homes and residential buildings across the region, and we are available at night when it matters most.

What the visit includes

  • Diagnostic on the furnace or heat pump and its controls
  • Safety check on ignition, heat exchanger, and venting
  • A written price before any work starts
  • Emergency dispatch available outside business hours

Call us if you notice

  • No heat, or heat that cycles on and off quickly
  • A burning smell when the system starts
  • Banging, screeching, or booming from the unit
  • The pilot or ignition will not stay lit
  • A power bill that jumped without a change in habits

System Replacement and Installation

Sized to your home, not to a sales quota.

An aging system quietly costs you every month on your power bill. When replacement is genuinely the right call, we size the new system to your actual home, explain the honest difference between the options in front of you, and install it properly so it lasts the years it was built for.

And when it is not the right call, we say so. If your system has years left in it, you will hear that from us even though the replacement would have been the bigger sale.

What the job includes

  • Load calculation based on your home, not a rule of thumb
  • Clear options at different price points with the trade offs explained
  • Full removal and disposal of the old system
  • Installation, testing, and a walkthrough before we leave

Consider replacement if

  • The system is past its expected service life
  • Repairs are becoming frequent or expensive
  • Power bills keep climbing with no change in use
  • Some rooms never reach the temperature others do

Seasonal Maintenance

The cheapest visit we make.

Two tune ups a year, one before cooling season and one before heating season, is the single least expensive way to avoid an emergency call. We clean, test, and catch small problems while they are still small. Regular maintenance also keeps most manufacturer warranties valid.

Members get this handled for them. The Southern Hospitality Club and The Magnolia Club put maintenance on a schedule you never have to remember. We call you when it is time.
